Sliced leftover steak
Salad greens of your choice. Or a bed of arugula.
Tomato wedges (or cherry tomatoes)
Balsamic vinaigrette (or other desired)
Diced green onions if desired
Instructions
Heat sliced leftover steak. Toss greens with vinaigrette. Arrange on a salad plate. Top with tomato
wedges and steak. Sprinkle diced green onions over the top. That’s all. Quick and healthy.
