Charley’s Steakhouse, A Florida Tradition

A place for beef aficionados featuring Midwest grain-fed USDA Prime Beef aged onsite for 4-6 weeks. Steaks are flame-grilled over a 1200-degree pit with Oak and Citrus wood creating tantalizing flavor and tenderness. Founded in 1974, Charley’s has three Florida locations.

Charley’s prides itself on being a traditional steakhouse but has evolved with chef-driven culinary flair beyond the typical steakhouse fare of steaks, fresh seafood, chops and chicken. You’ll even discover steak with soft shell crab, bison ribeye, and sides with a southern touch like fried green tomatoes.

As you enter the lobby, a refrigerated case display Charley’s star attractions including thick filet mignons, a 32 ounce Porterhouse, a 22 ounce bone-in New York Strip and its signature entree, a 50 ounce Porterhouse paired with a 1 1/4 pound Australian Lobster. Prime and Choice Angus Steers are hand-trimmed to perfection on premises.
