The menu, is a contemporary take on classic Italian and steakhouse fare – only better. Steaks are hand selected, USDA Prime Beef, both wet and dry aged, seasoned with sea salt, crushed peppercorns and prepared with a custom built, high heat broiler which sears each cut to perfection.
Gabriele’s features sleek club’esque dining with various alcove seating and fireside tables. Private dining can be accommodated in the wine room, which is lined with over 2000 plus bottles of global varietals, styles, and vintages accompanied by an onyx dining table that illuminates the intimate room.
The bar with its vibrantly lit backdrop of top shelf spirts, provides a stunning backdrop to a vibrant social scene. A great, wood-burning, stone fireplace looks out over a large moss green, unpolished granite bar complete with high back leather bar stools and high-top tables throughout the room.
